Great product that worked well, but I feel like for the price you could buy food grade peroxide and a scour pad for much cheaper. But it did the trick!

Okay but vague instructions
Kit was complete and worked well but the instructions were not specific to our model dispenser. Hard to distinguish hot inlet from cold.

Easy to use, and it works
Did not even realize I was supposed to clean my water cooler! I was surprised how dirty the inside was. The kit was easy to use, and the online tutorial was easy to follow. I will definitely be using this cooler kit every 3 months as recommended. The inside of my cooler looks spotless now!
