I love the three separate compartments and that my large pills fit comfortably inside. I chose the red one because it stands out, making it easier to find if I misplace it. I have it attached to my purse strap, and fits well in my pocket, so it’s very portable. The quality is also exceptionally good.

This is perfect to keep a backup of daily meds handy at all times. I’ve had it on my keychain for months and is very durable with dependable seal…even kept meds dry when a water bottle was spilled on my purse! Easy to slip in a pocket or attach inside a purse/backpack. Adjustable size (1-3 compartments), secure, color is in the metal so there’s no chipping. Shape allows plenty of meds but is still sleek. Metal seems to stay cool (but maybe don’t leave it in direct sunlight in a hot car).

I like this device. However, it's a bigger than what I expected but I made it work. The compartments can be separated into three pieces so that works for me.

A 3 tier system, works great on a keychain. Keeps pills in a small container with many options in which to carry multi pills.

I've been trying to find a way to carry my daily medications with the absolute minimum amount of stuff since I can't use a purse anymore. I first tried a three pack of individual keychain pill cases, but they clacked something horrible so I returned them to buy this as I was intrigued by its design (and everything else that had multiple compartments didn't have keyring versatility). I really, really love this pill box, it doesn't make much noise with the rest of my keys, it comfortably fits six capsules in each compartment that came with extra sealing rings, and even if I tighten it down as far as it can physically go, it opens back up easily. I'm considering buying another one so I can add stuff like allergy and stomach meds (mini first aid kit, anyone?)

This works well to keep pills when traveling but you really need to make sure you have the lids super tight. I have had come on done and the pills fall out when I have not been careful. I have appreciated the size. It fits my morning pills in the top and my afternoon pills in the bottom so I can have a full days pills with me. I find it is a good value for the money.

Aluminum pill case has room for all of my daily pills, morning, noon and evening. Can be adjusted for one, two or three compartments; making the container smaller if less than three pill compartments is all that is needed. Appears durable and o-ring seals for each pill section should keep water out. Perfect for my needs!
