Simply the loveliest hollandaise!
Atkins & Potts Hollandaise is just the best. It’s creamy, with a lovely flavour. It’s not vinegary or acidic, like some others. It just seems to bring out the best of asparagus! I only wish it was widely available in supermarkets, rather than having to bulk buy online. However, it’s well worth it.
