I purchased 5 different brands of insoles for plantar fascitis and these blew the competition out of the water. They're high enough in the arch to be supportive and soft enough in the heel to take the pressure off and help ease pain. These are a keeper.

I am a pretty serious walker (30+ mi /week) and was experiencing lots of foot pain. I had substantial foot pain after longer walks so I decided to try these since they are advertised for heavier walkers. After I got them I immediately gave them a 5mi trial walk and they felt great! The arch didn't collapse (roll) and provided great latteral support.Two days later, I gave them a 10-mile test and my feet felt soo good that, at the end of 10-miles, I kept on walking. I ended up walking 20.3mi in 6.5hrs with ZERO foot pain! My old inserts only had foam for the arch support, but these have a firm arch support plate that gives just the right amount of spring and firm support. I've had them 4-days and I've put 31 miles on them.... all with no foot pain! I'm impressed.

I received the inserts. First reaction was that they were very thick in the heel and very stiff! I inserted them into my work shoes and the shoe kept coming off around the heel. They are very comfortable standing in one spot! After a few days of wearing them they started to break in and my shoes weren't coming off at the heel. Great if your standing around at work. Ok if you stand and walk like I do.

Sturdy high arch support and cushion at heal really helps for my heal pain due to plantar fasciitis. I bought on sale for two pairs. The sale price is great for this item with such a good quality. Since this insert helps a lot, I bought another two pairs when it was on sale. Therefore each pair of my shoes has this high arch support insert.

I have been a superfeet fan for many years but, lately they have been squeaking when I walk,,,very annoying. I even sprinkled cornstarch all over the inside of my shoes, to try to quiet the squeaking,,,nope. Then I discovered these. They are great. I walk on the outsides of my feet and these keep me pretty stable throughout my workouts. The price is resonable and I feel they will hold up through many, many workouts. So glad I gave these a try

I was okay the first two hours. But afterwards it felt like my feet pain was worse than it was without them. It was the area of the heal and outer edge side of my foot more so. If that makes sense . Fits the shoes. Looks well made. I wouldn’t purchase again. I do think it’s worth a try it may work for you.

I got these insoles because I weigh 210 lb and I'm on my feet all day long working in a chicken house I noticed that I started getting PPP on the bottom of my feet and my heels were very sore and had white papules on the bottom of the heels I ended up buying these insoles to give me some kind of cushion while I'm standing while they do help a lot they need to be a little thicker in the heel part to give more cushion and these definitely help with the arch I'm flat-footed so these give me an arch and it has taught my feet how to stand with an arch It takes a lot of pressure off the shin of my leg and my foot I recommend these insoles to anybody they are definitely worth buying If you're on your feet 24/7 they give great arch support and great support for your heel I love the fact that they have taken a lot of pressure off of my feet while I'm standing I will be by in these again. I really don't think there's too much to complain about them The comfort is great and it has relieved a lot of the pain from my legs and my feet from standing without them to now they're great

Had both ankles replaced and have become VERY particular about my insoles now (flat feet and over pronation issues). These are good for both, but if you have room in your shoes for these AND a little extra for a "cushion" (gel pad?) underneath, that might be better. I have pulled out the insoles of my Orthofeet sneakers and summer shoes and use these instead (Orthofeet provides the extra cushioning insoles). Orthofeet shoes are comfortable, but their arch-support insoles are not very good. Will review those next. When I walk my dogs, if the grass is wet, I simply pull these out of my sneakers and when both sneakers and insoles are dry, I re-assemble. They will hold up to the morning walk conditions in the dew-covered grass. I have no idea how they would be for plantar faciitis because, thank God, that's not a problem I am having with my feet right now.

These were purchased to go into work safety shoes to help absorb some of the load and boy do they deliver! They have been a pleasant surprise for the cushion and support they offer. My knees, legs, and back have found relief from these insoles, and at a fraction of what you would pay for with custom made orthotics. However, please keep in mind that not all insoles will work for everyone based on the shape and contour of their foot. These work perfectly for me, and I may have to add another pair of these to my collection.
