SPARES2GO Rubber Door Seal Gasket for Samsung Washing Machines Equivalent to DC64-02888A DC64-02750A

This fitted brilliantly into my washing machine and excellent quality. Would recommend.

I'm a little wary about all non genuine parts but this was identical to the original. I then worried about reliability but the washing machine has been used extensively and so far no leaks. I then worried about fitting it so I looked on YouTube and found a Polish engineer (Didn't understand a word) but the camera work was so good it was very easy to follow. Shouldn't have worried. If it fits buy it., you won't be disappointed.

Very close to the oem part and does fit without leaking. Only minor gripe is that it tends to hold a small amount (5ml) water in the outer lip rather and rather than drain back into the drum it dribbles when thr door is opened. A quick dab with one of the items being removed remedies this.

Poor design, leaves water in the seal which runs out of the machine as soon as you open it and turns black.However it’s a quarter of the price and doesn’t leak in use.Probably take out the old one and clean it with something that will remove the mould and refit.Don’t pressure wash the original like me and destroy it.

It fitted well!, I would advise to avoid this product as first wash mid cycle a horrid rubber smell as if burning the fumes it caused were dangerous two bits of rubber loose appeared amongst tiny fragments of rubber smothered the machine and clothing Im hoping it hasn't done any longterm damage to machine, will find out later when I replace with a decent compatible part its dangerous the burning rubber fumes I think we were lucky someone was there to turn it off

So the product itself and service from Spares2go was as described and better. However... and there is an however... I managed to find a "how to" video on YouTube. Fitted within 8 minutes it said.. bargain. Then whilst fitting it I began to wonder why repair agents spend so long fitting them or quote for nearly 2 hours to fit if it takes 8 minutes. Reason... it doesn't take 8 minutes. A little bit if elbow grease and clever editing and the YouTube video was 8 mins long alright in reality took a little longer. Try 2 hours longer. The reason for this story... if you're attempting to do this yourself (which I highly recommend you do) make sure you give yourself a good 2 hours and plenty change for the swear jar.

My Samsung washing machine began to leak due to a broken rubber seal. We purchased this and voila. It fits nicely and no more leaks. Also a lot cheaper than esoares.

I was very impressed with quality of door sealIt took me around 40mins for removal and fitting of new seal, will purchase again in the future if I need to
