I wanted to change out the lug nuts on the car. I own several Dewalt cordless tools, so I already had batteries and chargers. For $130 less than the similar Dewalt I got this. I don't need one very often, or to do anything that needs too much power. If you do you might want something better.The direction change switch is not as good as I'm used to, it moves too easily, but it works. It's a little harder to get the sockets onto it than anything else I use them with, but it's not bad, you just have to get them lined up right.For the price I'd buy this in a heartbeat. It broke them all loose with no problems and got very close to the torque I needed as soon as it started to chatter. Since I basically never need to tighten anything more than 150 ft lbs this 900 ft lb one is more than enough for me.

So far so good! I was excited to find a powerful impact that used batteries I already had but hardly used because at places like harbor freight they have similar impact sets , but charge a ton for the batteries and charger for the batteries .I have no idea how durable this impact will be over the course of time , but it seems VERY well built , and works seamlessly with my Dewalt battery.It easily powered through removing the lugs on my wheels, and I’m excited to take the suspension apart with it later in the week . It’s fairly compact and comes in a durable case, with deep impact sockets .For the price , design , power, availability , build , and compatibility with Dewalt batteries, makes this a no brainer .If you’re in the market for a powerful impact I couldn’t recommend this one enough.Update !: So the chuck part of the impact broke 😭 I had to return it . But I’m still seriously considering buying a replacement of the same kind .

Spend 200 dollars for the dewalt brand or get this for 40-60.Took out everything I hit with it with ease.Probably the highest torqued bolt I used it on was around 400-500ftlbs.

Surprized at the power. Has 90 percent torque as my Sons dewalt. I am a diyer and maintaine my own vechiles. This works for me at a friction of the price of others

Great impact. Sometimes acts up on loose screws, buttons are a bit confusing, but who cares, it gets screws loose. Good breaking power at 900 lbs, and a super great value tool to have handy. I keep it in the truck with the truck's lug nut impact socket ready to go. Beats the tar out of a cross wrench.

Use this impact to rotate my car and truck tires. So far has not quiet working.

I had an older brushed DeWalt 20v impact that needed new brushes and wasn't very powerful anymore. Prices of new ones have gone up significantly (like everything thing else these days!), so I thought I'd give this knockoff impact a try. Figured it said it was rated to 900 ft lbs so even if it did half that it would be acceptable.I received it and it was heavier than my old one, heavier than a DeWalt brushless.I tried taking off the lug nuts on my truck which were torqued to 120 ft lbs, I was surprised when it struggled on the highest setting and could not break them loose. I took it over to my car to try to break those loose (torqued to 90 ft lbs), and nope couldn't do it either. Tried a few different nuts and after letting it try for several seconds it finally broke one loose but then cut out like it was overloading and it was cutting the power. All of this testing was done with a fully charged known good 5ah OEM DeWalt 20v battery.Returned this and bought an open box DeWalt brushless for about twice the price of this one - but it works and does what it should! Maybe I got a faulty one, but I didn't want to waste more time trying another one. Returned right away. Don't recommend
