The silicone trays arrived without the brush and liners/ inserts as advertised. Am hoping this issue can be resolved without having to return the item

I've been using these Vikki Silicone Trays for a variety of baking needs, and they've been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. As someone who prefers silicone for baking, these trays didn't disappoint. While they aren't as deep as some of my other muffin pans, leaning more towards my idea of cupcake size, they've been excellent for baking smaller items like egg muffins which rise more.The non-stick feature of these trays makes releasing baked goods a breeze, which is always a plus in baking. Good for baking
Perfect fo baking. Silicone type, safe to use, non stick, BPA free, heat resistant up to 500°F, easy to clean. Size 29.5cm x 22cm x 3cm, 6cm in diameter each hole. Microwave safe, dishwasher safe, freezer safe. I like it, will recommend.
