I do like the product and was happy to discover that it does fit the 24 Honda Pioneer 1000-5. The instructions included were for a different model of windshield and utv. It took me a minute to confirm it was the correct fit. And then I had to figure out the install. Look at the pictures in the reviews, this does mount to the roof bar as well as the side bars. Couple of nuts missing for the gas shocks but I found them at the hardware store. Taking it out in a bit to see if it scratches. May update review.

Once we put the ridiculous instructions aside and used our own intuition, the job was accomplished. The windshield itself is a great product - looks great - functions great - and completes our Honda Pioneer. But be forewarned - these were the worst instructions we’ve ever read. Pay no attention … look at the few pictures very carefully and use your own judgment to install.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like the option of having the two position windshield either in the position or open. Seems to be a quality product, but I did notice. Spider crack developing through one of the pre-drilled holes in the lower windshield. I’m experienced Mechanic and no not to over tighten when fascinating plexiglass products. If not for the cracked developing where the bolt mounts the lower windshield to the bracket, I would give it five stars.

Installed on our 2018 Pioneer 1000-5 in about 2 hrs. Great instructions with a color picture of the gas strut bracket orientation. Crystal clear, leave protective coating on during install, you'll want to enjoy that scratch free view for at least awhile! Bottom and middle gaskets fit perfect, seal is great. Very minor gap, nothing to worry about. Bottom gasket is intentionally a little long so we used the extra on the side edges of the bottom windshield. Covered the small gaps on either side. Quality justifies the price. Latch system, gas shocks, seem to work well. Will edit review if time and use proves different.One of the four black L-shaped plastic brackets on the top half was broken during shipping. Took a picture before completely unpacking, called Kevin at SuperATV, emailed him pic while on the phone and he shipped a replacement that day no paperwork no fuss! SuperATV handled it even though we purchased through Amazon.Highly recommend this windshield and SuperATV!

I read all of the reviews on how difficult this window was to install, the directions are non existent but there is a quick video on you tube and look at the pictures. Its really very simple if you have any kind of mechanical skills. Great windshield and not that hard to put on. One this that does make it easier was to take off the top supports that go under the roof, attach them then reattach to the windshield. Great product for pretty good price.

Received this windshield the other night. The Plexiglas was surprisingly thick and in great shape. There were no shipping damages!! Installation took about two/two and a half hours to do it by myself. If you're doing this install by yourself, just take your time. The other reviews on this product were more useful than the printed directions that came with it. I will add though, that the directions suggest you soak the rubber seal in hot water before installing......That's a great suggestion and it really helped me get my seal on the lower window with ease. Remember to keep the extra 10" for the window area in front of the shifter. Also, don't tighten everything up until the window is in place. There's a ton of micro-adjustments that will make the fit&finish of this install much nicer. In closing, if you have a roof installed on your Pioneer, I recommend installing the left/right window support assemblies on the roll bar, then install the window. (the printed directions have you install the widow support assemblies with shock absorbers to the plexi window first, but that made the install much harder than necessary)Great product, would highly recommend!!!

Easily scratched, same quality as the kimimoto and no instructions. Plus the instructions they have on their YouTube channel are different than what is currently being shipped. And it came with nearly double the necessary hardware.Once assembled it squeaks on trails

I received this windshield last week. I was pleased with the packaging and no damage from shipping. SuperATV had even printed off the instructions. They also have videos on YouTube for each of their windshields. I had watched the install video beforehand. It was really easy to install by myself. Took me about 1 hour to install and then I loosened most of the screws, adjusted each half of the windshield to the way I wanted it, then tightened everything up. That part took close to another hour, but I check and recheck and rechecked the tightness of each screw. Total time was close to 2 hours. If you install the “Hinge & Shock” part onto the roll cage first, then loosen the screws/bolts, then bolt the windshield onto it, it’s a piece of cake. The windshield has a lot of adjustabllity built into it. IMHO it’s the best windshield on the market. Highly recommend it
