This LEGO space solar system set is absolutely amazing! I bought it for my son. It includes just three key celestial bodies—Earth, the Moon, and the Sun—but the simplicity makes it so special. The highlight for him is how the planets spin around each other. The moving features make it interactive and really fun to watch in action. The build process was straightforward yet satisfying, and the finished product is both educational and beautiful. It’s a perfect set for space enthusiasts or anyone who loves creative LEGO designs. Highly recommend it—5 stars all the way!

This is a wonderful "orrery" kit. Mechanically it is fascinating to watch. WIth a little work a lego/third party motor can be attached so you can watch it spin around on its own. The Sun, the Earth and the moon spin accurately. A very excellent manual is enclosed to detail the orrery's function. It's a fun build, not a super hard build but should be suitable for people who have done Technic style Lego builds in the past.Other than the first-generation Mindstorms kits, this is my favorite "Technic" Lego kit ever.I should add that typically orreries cost a few hundred dollars. As long as you like Lego, this is by far the most affordable planetary model I found!

This set is extremely impressive and an exciting challenge. Definitely a treat for an advanced LEGO user who wants to see the full capabilities of the line.

Got it for my son's 10th birthday. He loved putting it together and it is still in one piece and on display, which tells a lot. This one is a winner for Lego!

This is an absolutely awesome kit. The engineering is great, and while there are a few tough connections I've even been able to use it as an intro to "real" Lego builds with my 4yo granddaughter. She and her siblings are obsessed with the moon, and I even have the 2yo understanding with this how orbits work and he can explain how the moon goes around the earth now. It's awesome.The gearing is really quite incredible, and this is a great display piece with my Saturn V, ISS and Shuttle Discovery. It really does look good while also being educationally functional. Everyone who sees it the first time wants to turn the handle and watch stuff spin around. It's totally cool.Highly recommend this kit.
