The first time they sent me the wrong formula. I ordered the gentle daily shampoo and SOS conditioner and recieved the length check shampoo and conditioner instead. The length check shampoo and conditioner I did not like. The smell was great but I found the conditioner to be pretty runny and did not do much for my hair at all. I have naturally curly hair and need a good moisturizing conditioner. Once I recieved the correct Shampoo and conditioner I was very pleased. The gentle daily shampoo is great but the SOS conditioner is even better! It’s very thick and creamy. It leaves my hair smelling great for days and my curls very soft and shiny. I highly recommend the gentle daily shampoo with the SOS conditioner. That is a winning combination. The smell is so soft, warm and pretty. If you are like me and like amber based fragrances you will love this.

My Yuka app says it's a 58/100 with a rating of GOOD! It smells great, not too powerful it's a light clean smell. Have not tried it yet, but love it so far!

They arrived nice and smell decent. I have thick hair that is prone to being frizzy depending on the shampoo and conditioner. I ordered these because my daughters love their products. I like that it didn't have any added ingredients but my hair has been flat with this set. I have naturally curly hair and I do not think this is a good fit for it. I have given it to my sons to use as I still think it is a nice shampoo. Did not give me the results I need hower. I do like their leave in conditiner.

Absolutely love this product! The shampoo bottle was broken it didn't pop but other then that no complaints.

This shampoo and conditioner was recommended to me by my hairdresser as my hair is dry. It works Very well!! My hair seems much less frizzy. I deducted 1 star for two reasons. First reason: the conditioner bottle was missing a vital part of the pump (as you can see in the pics, conditioner is the coral colored one) therefore the pump didn't work at all so I had to transfer it to another bottle. Big deal? No, but irritating. Secondly for ME I don't love the smell. It has a little bit of an earthy smell. Maybe similar to sandalwood? Maybe I'm smelling the amber. This is strictly a personal preference. But I will admit I do love the way it works!!

The pumps in both bottles do not work, they will not pop up. Smells great but you don’t get the convenience of the pump. This was mentioned in a few reviews, I should have listened.UPDATE: I finally got the pumps to work, it took hours. I used the product, my hair felt soft and silky wet, but once I started drying it, it stared to feel crispy and dry. I’m going to have to return the products. For the record I have course wavy Italian hair.

Great shampoos and conditioners. Upscale from drug store shampoo and conditioner, without the cost of salon products. Makes your hair feel soft and manageable without frizz. Does not leave a film.
