I love this treadmill, it's hard to find a nice-looking white one with a higher weight capacity, but this one is PERFECT.There are several models to choose from, but the one I selected does not have a handle. It comes with a remote to control the treadmill and works great. My favorite feature is the step count, most similar treadmills don't include this feature, this feature allows me to work and walk without having to worry about keeping track of steps with my apple watch, the treadmill does it for me!The wheels on the treadmill make it easy to maneuver around the room and it's light enough to move easily.Customer service is easy to work with and super quick to respond.I'm super happy with this treadmill, definitely recommend it!

I really enjoy this treadmill a lot! It only goes up to 4 mph, but it is a really solid treadmill and is crazy quiet. It is great for walking. I am really surprised at how quiet it is as well. I live in an apartment and I have been using it for months and have gotten no complaints at all. It has wheels on the front which also helps with moving it and storage. The first treadmill that I had received was having issues with the motor overheating. I reached out to the after-sales service and they were super helpful with their insight as to what was causing it and sent me a replacement! The motor isn't overheating at all for the replacement (I check every time) and it's running great. I can't say enough how thankful I am for how they quickly solved my issue.If you are looking for a faster treadmill for running, I wouldn't recommend this treadmill as it only goes up to 4 mph. If you're looking for something just for walking then this is perfect for you.

I am plus size and used this treadmill to get some exercise in at home on the days I didn't want to go to the gym it worked well without any concern and was sturdy and compact. I later had to move and gave this to my other plus size friend and they also have had no problems. we both way in the (200-300) range.

I actually really love this thing for how cheap it is compared to others! The only thing for me is no matter how hard I try to tighten the arm bolts at the bottom, they always seem loose so im worried that if I were to try to hold onto the pole to steady myself it wouldn't work. I mean this thing is very lose. I can't trust it to even stay up, which is a bummer if I want to go fast and wear the emergency pull clip to prevent injury. I just put it up to my standing desk and have the edge of it hold the arm up.

I spent a while looking for a good walking pad and came across this one from Bifanuo. When I received it, the display wasn’t working due to a loose wire from transportation. I emailed customer service and they responded within 5 minutes with detailed instructions of how to fix the issue. Now it’s working great! Highly recommend this walking pad!

I read a lot of descriptions, details and reviews about different walking pads before opting for this one. So far, it's turned out to be worth the effort. I like the dimensions of the walking area and the stability and quietness of its operation. I have it tucked behind my sofa so I can walk while watching TV or prop a book on the sofa back ( still working on that ).I had an initial question and contacted after-service for a clarification. They responded immediately with an explanation and clear directions. Unusual in this day and age, and greatly appreciated.Everything so far has been simple, direct and exactly what I was looking for.

Extremely bad customer service. The treadmill broke in a few days and they want me to pay for the returning services as well. Bad customer service. Completely regret buying this product

Saves space, rolls under our (5 inch leg) couch. Quality. Just excellent!
