Dog gone
It was fine but my dog passed away. And I had to return it

Straps doesn’t stay
I will get to the point, front strap doesn’t stay in place. The front strap is the most important one, it connect the poles together. Essentially the most important strap so the wheelchair is unable to be used. The tie strips are a bad idea, no matter how hard they are tighten, it won’t stay in place.Tip: connect the poles and straps first before putting the dog on the wheelchair. Did this today and my German Shepherd and it worked great. It’s truly amazing to see my dog at the park with all his doggies friends .

Perfect for my 17 pound pug
The media could not be loaded. So some wheelchairs don't allow dogs to pee and poo in them. This one is great. It allows my pug to feel totally comfortable without almost all of the mess. Easily wipes away if it does get on walker. Very rarely do I need to clean. Put some non chafing cream on dog if rubs a little. Dog got used to it quickly however. He is the neighborhood mascot now.

light weight
This wheelchair worked like a charm for my disabled 5 lb. 15 yr. old chihuahua. She was frightened by it at first, but now enjoys it. She can run all over with her brother. I am so happy that I purchased this product and so is my girl.
