So good, you'll forget it's good for you
This cereal tastes great and is great for your digestive system. I've always had a crummy digestive system, which we all know, is not good for overall health. I've tried all kinds of pills and powders and foods, but I always get out of the habit because I'm lazy and honestly,,,,I don't want to constantly have the issue in the forefront of my thoughts. I tried this awhile back and was very surprised at how good it tasted. Finally...I didn't have to despise my fiber cereal. It took about 3 days of eating it before I noticed a difference. If you feel like your body is just not working as efficiently as it should, I would give this a try.

Not a joke review...great for constipation
Best old-person-needs-to-poop cereal ever. I know, I know, that sounds crass, but for older adults who have medical issues that create a difficulty in going, this can be a very pleasant way to address it. It tastes wonderful, stays crisp in milk long enough to be good to the last bite, and it really does provide the fiber to make you happy the next day. It's way less drastic than trying to eat a sugar-free gummie bear or a sugar-free cookie, which can end up making you feel like a small atomic bomb is going off in your gut.

It tastes great in milk
Five stars for Fiber One Cereal! It tastes great in milk, or your favorite milk alternative, or enjoy it with no milk at all. We have a saying in my hometown that “you can never have too much Fiber.” That’s how we keep things moving here in Kansas City, home to some of the fastest internet connections on the planet thanks to more fiber per capita than anywhere else in the US. Except for maybe inside this box of Fiber One, which also really keeps me moving.

Mother-in-law’s pre-diabetic and the cereal falls within her guidelines and she really likes it.
I buy the cereal for my mother-in-law who is borderline diabetic. This cereal is allowed on her diet and she says it taste pretty good. She was worried she may not be able to eat cereals anymore but this one falls within her guidelines. She’s been eating it for almost 3 years now. Would like to see it come in a bigger box in the future.

Good! High fiber with protein
This is tasty! (even a little sweet.) After a bariatric surgery I was looking for a high-fiber cereal, and they're hard to find. I mix this with the regular "fiber one" cereal (which looks like little sticks) and it's a tasty high-fiber breakfast. Love it!

... less the fiber and adding more sugar is NOT good for those who desire to control their type-2 diabetes ...
The new formula of making less the fiber and adding more sugar is NOT good for those who desire to control their type-2 diabetes (blood/sugar level). For me, pills don't work and the doctors have me strictly on insulin, both Humalog and Lantus. I will have to look in the grocery stores for something with less sugar and more fiber. General Mills, us diabetics will go with a different brand.

Not enough bran
The name of this cereal belies what it is. It has considerably less fiber in it and more carbs than say, All Bran Buds. This is more like Raisin Bran without the raisins.

A great cereal taste great and has tons of fiber and it's good for you to how amazing
Taste great it has a lot of fiber doesn't taste like at all good like a cereal that's good for you has a wonderful taste and has 10 mg of fiber per serving and usually you have two servings so that's a whopping 20 mg of fiber how terrific for your diet and health.
