Fantastic edition to me Neotec II.A cinch to install, sound quality is better than my 10S in my Shoei NXR and it doesn't stick out from the helmet either, so it's very subtle too.Voice activation for Music, Radio, Speedial and Intercom and are excellent too.Highly recommended.

Only used this a few times over the last two years and now the battery is dead, yet my old Cardo system is still working having been in the cupboard for months.

This is my 2nd helmet intercoms. My first was a wired system by Autocom. This SENA SRL is my 2nd.I bought this intercoms purely for playing music. Out of the box mine had some charge. By default Bluetooth volume is not set to “boost” so it’s sound dull and quiet. Downloading the app and turning on sound quality boost - made the volume higher and with a better clearer tone.I always wear Halfords yellow squidgy ear plugs and a cotton balaclava to protect the helmet from my hair and to reduce helmet road noise. Well with wearing all that I can still hear music which is good but it definitely lacks in volume and on some tracks at max volume there is some distortion. I was using my iPhone 6s Plus. I had to change the audio quality on my iPhone to reduce bass distortion.On my trip I found that listening to an audiobook above 40/50mph was way to quiet. Music was ok till about 50/60mph.I removed my cotton balaclava which helped increase volume but not enough to boast about. I will not ride without earplugs.Sound quality is “ok” but well underpowered to produce good volume at dual carriageway speeds and distortion was noticeable on some tracks when volume was maxed out.Overall this will be good for me but not without some disappointment.
