Saved the day during 3 week Italy / Spain Trip!!
Just back from my 3 week trip to Italy and Spain, concernced about this hair dryer performing like my Revlon Hair dryer brush... This brush performed like a Champ!!! Truly, it saved the day, and everytime I used it, I was sooo glad I took the leap and bought it!! The only thing I have to add is that the little black attachment that came with the brush (see pics) was TOO short to fit in any of the airbnb and hotel outlets I stayed at in Italy and Spain, and had it not been for my Teslan adapter, I would not have been able to use the brush at all! (See the length from my white adapter to the enclosed black one, its significant, and ALL the outlets over there were the depth of my white adapter!) Some reviewers said this was a heavy and bulky brush- I found it exactly the same as my Revlon Hot air brush, it even fit in the gray carry back for my revlon brush. Truly, This brush was a rock star, saved my hair from looking like a mop on vacation! Don't hesitate to buy this!!! But also get yourself an adapter!!

A must have!
This brush is amazing. My hair looks so pretty, I have received so many complements since I started using it. It is also a great quality. They thought through every detail. It comes with an European adapter for the electric outlet and a little shift pick to change the voltage. It is a steal for the price. Buy it! You will not regret.

Great product
Pritech blow dryer brush gets the job done as expected. I’ve had the Revlon dryer brush for over 3 years and I love it, but specifically purchased this one for upcoming trips to Europe because it’s dual voltage. (Revlon model is not.) So far, I’m pleased with its performance. By comparison, Pritech is less powerful (1000w v. 1200w), which means I had to use slightly smaller sections on my thick hair, and stay on the roots longer than I usually do with the Revlon. However, the exchange of power also makes the Pritech model lighter and quieter. Both models are almost identical in size, while the oval barrel of the Pritech is just slightly more elongated. I found it to be cooler to the touch, but it does drag in my hair a little more than the Revlon. (Not badly, just by comparison.) The handle is comfortable to hold and has a nice, smooth hand-feel. (Think matte velvet.) It’s pretty, too! So if you’re comparison shopping, the Revlon is overall somewhat better quality, but the Pritech has some great features, most notably that it is dual voltage and includes an outlet converter for traveling.

Ignore the nay sayers!
I purchased this brush almost one year ago. I intentionally purchased it because of the dual voltage capabilities. It has gotten plenty of use here in the US and it works just fine. Recently I finally had the opportunity to use it overseas in Europe and boy oh boy was I ever glad that I got this brush. I forgot the little key to turn the voltage from 110 to 220 but a good pair of flat tweezers did the job. It worked PERFECTLY!!!!! There was no buzzing sound or burning smell like you get when using a converter for 110 hair tools! It work just as well as here at home!! I was so impressed and happy as I have traveling with multiple tools that just take up space then burn out when used. Now I just wish that they made a curling iron with the same voltage toggle switch.

Burned out after a few uses, do not buy!
I bought this as a gift for my mom in October 2024. She went on an overseas trip in November 2024 and it worked great. She took it along for her next trip overseas which was in November 2025. It worked the first couple of days and then started getting so hot she was worried it would burn her hair off. She had to go the entire rest of the trip with no hair dryer. I emailed the company and they offered me 50% off another one. Why would I want to buy another one if the first one failed so badly?? Do not buy!

Stopped working after a year. Back to the Revlon one step
I've used this twice so far and it's currently my number one choice. Been using a revlon one step for over a year. Have very thick, mid-back length, Indian, unruly, wiry curls and waves that go in different directions and change direction mid-strand. The Revlon one step blows out my hair beautifully in exactly 27 minutes which beats every other dry+straighten+curl combo I've tried over years. But in Europe it blew out the hotels plug so I found this that is dual voltage for travel. This one's barrel is wider/thicker so it can wrap more, thicker hair in one go than the Revlon one step. Because it does that, it also blows out my hair in exactly 20 minutes, beating the Revlon and saving me 7 minutes of hair time. Weight is about the same, and handling is about the same, but noise level is slightly lower than the revlon -- see the video I uploaded for a noise comparison, and the pics of the revlon one step and this one side by side. Used it in both US and Europe, switching the voltage, and it worked perfectly both times. If this continues, the revlon will be sitting at the bottom of the drawer from now on.

Barrel and handle too big
I was so excited to see this dual voltage dryer/curler on Amazon and bought it for an upcomingg overseas trip. When I received it, I was surprised how big the diameter of the dryer/curler barrel and the handle are! I have short fine layered hair that it was hard to wrap the thick barrel around my hair and then dry and style it. The thick handle also made it difficult to grip the dryer and work with while drying and styling my hair. I have arthritic hands and I struggled to hold the curler and keep my hair around it and style it compared to my 1-2 inch barrel curlers. The thick and heavy barrel made it painful and difficult for me to use with my small hands. So, instead of getting the shine and styling I expected from using it, my hair was disappointingly frizzy and wiry. I just could not make it work. Overall, I like the way it looks and the dual voltage was a great practical feature for overseas travel but the design did not work for me - the handle was bulky for someone with small hands like mine and the barrel was too thick to use on my short fine hair. It would, however, be perfect for someone with thick, medium to long hair and a lot more strength and grip on their hands. It just didn't work for me so I gave it a 3 star rating.
