As above. I was taking vit e for a movement problem. Noted side effects. Looked into it. Switched to tocotrienols. Side effects settled within 2 weeks just great.

This is good vitamin E. It's actually a find.

I would not normally walk into a store and buy this. It is pricey and there are similar (but not comparable) products available, ie. ingredients are the same, but the amounts/ratios of ingredients are different. I did however, realize that something was missing from my vitamin/supplement shelf. ... And I really haven't thought about Vitamin E since the 80's (or whenever it was last a fad).I'm about half way through the bottle, have experienced no ill effects, and haven't noticed any obvious positive effects other than feeling good about getting a nutritional boost I know I don't get from my normal diet. (unbalanced vegetarian). The pills are a nice size easy to swallow -- they're a clearish gel that lets you see the oil inside them. As pills go, they're rather attractive/appealing.Label instructions are that the dosage is 1 pill per day, best taken with a fatty meal. And don't exceed recommended dosage.For anyone who's a stickler for Made In the USA - These are made in Europe, to European standards.

Kala Health brand 200 mg is all natural, plus contains Squalene 20 mgwhich is excellent for skin.But note that it doesn't contain Selenium.((( Vitamin E is known to works best with Selenium because = it's Selenium's functioning in the cellsto destroy peroxide compound which is there-by supporting the effectiveness of Vitamin E )))Kala seemed higher priced than usual, even given that it's all natural.So comparing the label / cost to Nature Sunshine brand which we had on hand.> The 4 tocopherols are the same BUT some important differences are> Kala 200 mg is 63 mg less Vit E per serving.> Kala serving - 1 daily = (60 capsules) = 2 months( Natures Sunshine - 1 daily (200 capsules) approx. 6 months.> Kala - currently $70.00(Natures Sunshine $32.80This Kala 200 mg is a good product but pricey - which I can't account for.= 4 stars.
