I bought these to be stim toys, and I really love them! Obviously not everyone likes the same fidgets/stim toys, but this is one of my person favorites. I like all the different things you can do with it, like taking it apart, making chain links, or making different shapes. I also like how you can easily fidget with it in just one hand without thinking about it. It's also cool that you can take the pieces apart and create your own color combinations, which is what I did. the quality of the plastic and the sounds it makes is weirdly satisfying, and I'm very satisfied with the quality. I don't feel like it's going to break irreparably. These are also very quiet to fidget with, and very portable, making them perfect to bring around to school or work. You could even make one into a keychain. I would definitely recommend!

They don't last long. After a short amount of time they break apart very easily. I find it more annoying than relaxing/anti-anxiety. I would not recommend.

I have sensory issues and am constantly fidgeting with my hands. I have other fidget toys, but I was going to stay with friends for a week and wanted something that didn't make noise as to not be a bother, which unfortunately all my other toys did. I came across these and decided to give them a shot because they're silent. Immediately became my new favorite. My boyfriend took one and keeps it on his desk. One of my friends on the trip ended up taking one home with her because she liked them as well. Even my mom liked them so much she ended up buying one for herself, lol. I don't know if it's an intentional feature but the 4 I received all have different levels of tension? The one I ended up liking the most is really loose and easy to use but a couple of the ones I got in my pack are really tough and stiff and hard to use and I don't like those as much.

We have gotten a variety of these from Amazon and others and they have been rejected as too flimsy or too stiff. These she likes, so they must be doing something right.
