This book was recommended to me by a compound pharmacist and I am so glad that I took his advice and bought it. It's very informative and has helped me to better understand hormone replacement therapy options and how to better converse with my doctors about the subject. Well worth the investment.

I like the way Pamela Wartian Smith explains the functions of HRT. The information is understandable and easy to read. HRT has so many different parts that it plays in our bodies and knowing what each one does is so important. I would recommend this book for readers that would like to know more about hormones replacement.

This is a perfectly concise and easy to read hormone breakdown.Very easy to find your answers. I've read other extremely detailed books that do not fit into my busy life. This one is very informative and exactly what I need!

I like the book that I consider a go to book to answer my questions and point me in the right direction with my personal concerns. Hormones is another important aspect of health to give attention to and this book gave me a clear understanding of hormones and how they effect my health. I had some personal concerns and now when I approach my doctor I can have information to compare to what they are telling me to Dr Pamela Smith's experience and research has to say. I also purchased her book Vitamins, minerals, herbs and more. Information is the key to take responsibiltiy for our well being and preventativeness.

For those that don't want to know everything there is to know about hormones, this is the book. A very good overview of female hormones without a bunch of information you may not want or need.

Clearly written with non-confusing information women need to make serious health choices. This subject is complicated, but understandable by a lay person.
