Worked out very well for my desk top.

I bought the Marco last week to receive it in Costa Rica. It arrived quickly in 5 days. I installed it the same day, replacing the base of my desk with the new Electronic base in less than two hours. I took my time because I didn't have certain screws that I had to adapt to use my own desk base. Good quality. * Weight: I was also concerned about the weight, but it turned out not to be an issue. * Cable length: I recommend having long cables for the video and power connections.

Had to replace several screws from my toolbox and one of these was missing a tiny little screw I couldn’t replace so we will see how it holds up. I built two desks with butcher block from Lowe’s for myself and my husband and we do love them. I like the memory positions too.

Durable and arrived quickly. Efficient rising power. Works well, strong, and was affordable. A fair deal for a good product. If they charged more, I would have looked at other items.

I don’t post negative reviews very often, but this one MUST BE POSTED! A positive would be responding to my first inquiry very quickly. After sending them all the information they requested, and being told that I had another item than was offered in the site. After a back and forth, and realizing that I did have a different item. Mine had no table, as advertised, but they said I had the one with the table, which I didn’t. After all this, they wanted to know if I wanted to pay for the parts I needed (8 more screws), I said I would get them locally. During assembly, I found MANY items that needed adjustment (loose bolts done in factory, and a broken mounting bracket), I have pictures). Needless to say, I can’t determine which is worse, Customer Service or manufacturing, but I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
