New favorite
I first tried Keratin Complex on the suggestion of my hairdresser. It really is great shampoo, and it is really gentle on colored hair. It smells wonderful and in a pinch can be used without conditioner. Athough, I use both the conditioner and the masque. This shampoo also has a great smell, and the large pump size is a great value, and I won't have to order it again for a long time. This is my new favorite shampoo.

HAIR LOSS
After using this product for 6 weeks I have noticed an alarming amount of hair loss during shampooing. I have a good head of hair and usually lose a good amount of hair while showering, but the amount left over in the drain after using this product was shocking. I searched the web and found that this manufacturer has a potential class action lawsuit against it. I would steer clear of using this product.

Love this shampoo from the first time I tried it at the salon. So glad that you have this product. Makes hair soft and shiny and holds the color for a much longer period of time.

Not actual brand look at the different font and headlines on the shampoo bottles ! So disappointed on this purchased complete waste of money!!! Shampoo does not work comprare to the smallest size I’ve purchased before ! Conditioner does not work neither. I believe this is not the actual brand. Please be aware of what you purchase.

Waste of money!
This was not the keratin that I’ve had in the past. It was a complete waste of money! Doesn’t work well at all. Honestly I would have been better off buying Pantene pro v. I can’t believe they can charge this much for a crappy product.

Great but poor package
Great shampoo but it arrived damaged and loads of shampoo had come out of the bottle. Thank goodness for the plastic wrapping!
