Beginner soap maker. I bought the smaller silicone molds from another vendor to start out with. They make (1) batch for most recipes...only about 10 bars. Very flimsy as you can see from the pictures. The purple one is the other brand. Doesn't hold shape at all unless it's in the wood box.This brand and size make a double batch, about 16-17 1" bars. They are very thick, don't lose shape when out of the wooden box, and do a great job at retaining heat for the cold soap making process. You can really see the difference in the bars. Left soap is this brand, right is the flimsy smaller brand. Pay attention to silicone thickness, I have found that it really makes a difference. Would absolutely buy these again.

The liner in these molds is good, heavy silicone. Not that weak, wobbly crap that needs clips to keep it in place. And the wood is solid and well built but not too heavy. It’s given me well shaped compact bars. I can get 20 bars out of this mold and it’s perfect.

Very good silicone liners. Box isn't splintering like the cheap ones I bought. Totally can recommend. Made a 1500 mg batch of soap and that's about perfectly to the top edge. I did use sodium lactate so it was a little over the top edge but that could just be the sodium lactate fluffing.
