Great quality, design, and durable. Works well and easy to use. Same pain relief as when treated at Physical therapy. The set cost less than one treatment session at Physical therapy.

Very nice set to use, even by yourself. Nicely packaged. Easy to clean. Instructions took a minute, coinciding numbers to enclosed chart are numbered on each cup. Probably just my eyesight. At any rate, would highly recommend this product and glad I purchased it.

Cleaning is simple, and the set comes in a sturdy storage case.The instructions appear to be auto-translated, so while the writing isn't perfect, the general meaning is still understandable. The included poster features a cupping diagram, but unfortunately, it lacks guidance on how to interpret or use the information.

Some cups didn't hold a grip but when switched to different cups the same size they held a grip. All the cups haven't been used but so far and hopefully only 2 are defective. The long tube would slip out from the cup at times as well. Overall it still definitely was a nice experience. It's easy to clean and it was a lot of muscle tension released. It has a nice tight grip and overall it was easy to use. It was on Sale when purchased and even though only 2 cups haven't worked its a nice value and was able to get a lot done.

The size of this set is crazy. It comes with ALOT of different cups. The box makes it easy for storing, you can use your own pressure so that it isn’t overwhelming and it’s durable and comfortable. Very good quality.
