Fantastic product
My husband works outdoor often welding in the hot sun. This is a quality, tasty, portable, product. They offer so many flavors. We purchase approx 20 bags a season. Works great to keep you hydrated, reducing leg cramps and other issues related to dehydration.

Too much sugar.
I like the flavors and it does provide improved hydration and replace electrolytes but the product has too much sugar for me and upsets my digestion. Fortunately I found that by mixing it with twice the amount of water my system could tolerate it and I still got some of the flavor. Still, I'll be looking for a sugar free alternative.

STAYING HYDRATED
