I LOVE this travel mug! For so so many reasons! First and foremost it is as they say it is - 100% leakproof! I can toss it in my work bag and not have to worry about coffee getting everywhere on my morning commute! I also love that the lid is done in a way that you can choose what angle you want to sip from - that’s super convenient! Most twist-on lids, you’re at the mercy of where it stops twisting, and the mouth isn’t always at the right angle from the handle to make it work.I got the Dark Aura color and OH. MY. GOODNESS! Stunning color! I love the soft-to-the-touch finish of the metal on the top of the mug, and the rubber sleeve at the bottom is just as buttery and amazing! If you’re a tactile neurodivergent like me, and love soft things, this is your mug!Oh! And I also want to mention that the circumference and height of the handle makes it the PERFECT fit for your cup holders in your vehicle! No more sitting it in sideways because the handle comes down too far, or not being able to set it in your cup holder at all because it’s too big!And my coffee stays HOT for hours!! I no longer have to try to chug it down within an hour a brewing it, and can actually savor it over my morning with no issues of it getting too cold too fast! I’ve been able to make it last to noon from a 7:30am brew!So, basically, just buy the mug. You’ll really love it!

I've been a YETI fan but now I'm a BruMate fan. I love the Prickly Pear color very much. It's not difficult for me to open the lid and pull up. I have small hands. It holds the right amount of water for when I'm out playing pickle so I'm happy! The soft silicone surface is preferable to the hard one of the YETI. The whole lid mechanism is thought out...MOSTLY. While it doesn't leak (yay!)...the hinged flap did come out of its groove the first day I used it...granted I was getting used to the whole slide the bar and pop the flap mechanism but, it needs to be exactly square or you can pop the flap out of the hinge groove. So, now I'm more careful and it hasn't happened again. This keeps my drink nicely cold and it looks great! Happy overall with this and will be buying another in KIWI color soon.

Just bought my second one because I love the first one so much! It's not as difficult as people think to open. It's a twist and open, twist and shut concept. If pressure builds inside making it difficult to twist, simply open the mouth tab to release the pressure. As for leak-proof.. I'll just say I comfortable put this cup full of coffee in my backpack while I ride my Harley to work. Has never spilled a drop. And I love that it's larger than most other travel mugs. I like to drink a lot of coffee. It's metal design keeps coffee hot for much longer than plastic cups, but not so much that it makes the coffee "burn" in the cup. A very good quality cup that's worth the price you pay. This is exactly what I needed!

Nice, keeps my drink warm for hours. Does not leak. Like the locking mechanism. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is hard to open. I had a the older version of their coffee mug before which was way worse. I used to hate to open and close that one coz I was literally hurting myself while doing it. This one is not as bad, but it’s still hard to do. Wish they will fix that

No liquid spills through the slits of the cup. Keeps your cold drinks cold or frozen beyond 24 hours and does the same for the hot liquids. Got it for my husband who works in construction. Durability is great. Hasn’t peeled thus far and it is scratch resistant. Color and size is good. I would recommend. Value is great.

The media could not be loaded. I used to have the BrüMate Toddy XL - 32oz. I love it and it lasted a very long time. The lid was nasty and I couldn’t find a replacement so… I decided to replace de entire mug. I bought this one on April, 2024 and today is May 2024. So it only lasted about a month. I regret throwing away my old one. My return window had expired so I’m stuck with something totally worthless. The weird thing is I have no idea how the lid broke. I went to drink my coffee and noticed it was broken. Yeah I know I can buy a new lid… I think I rather buy the old 32oz…. By the way, if you are thinking about buying this, think about… the “new” lid design is very hard to put on and pull off. Other than that, is a solid mug!Update May 28: (Changing my rating)So After submitting my review I was contacted by the seller with the offer to replace my product, however I had already contacted Brumate and they agreed to send a new lid. I was kind of blown away by the prompt response and great customer service.The truth is, I love my Brumates.. yeah, I just got my new old Toddy XL and hopefully will have my new lid soon. They are expensive, but they do keep your coffee hot/warm for a while and best of all there is no spillage. I will continue to buy Brumate for as long as I drink coffee...

I really had high hopes for the Brumate. It sounded perfect for my needs. Leakproof. Keeps drinks cold with ice for hours. Carbonated beverage friendly. Im so disappointed. Don’t waste your money on this overpriced drink ware. I believe the intent was good but it just doesn’t function as well as I hoped it would. I’m a flight attendant. Maybe these leakproof cups just don’t function well in a pressurized cabin. Maybe I shouldn’t be putting carbonated beverages in it. But that’s why I bought it. Did I miss the sentence that said it wasn’t leakproof on airplanes? Aside from that, even after landing, I drink from the cup, seal it so it’s “leakproof,” ride the employee bus, walk to my car, and the plastic bag it’s in (just in case of leaks. I’m no rookie) has some of the contents of my cup all over my cup and in the plastic bag. I’m so disappointed. I wish I could return my 2 Brumate cups. I have two other brands that are better at keeping my drinks cold with better ice retention. I was going to gift everyone with Brumate cups for Christmas. So glad I didn’t. I’ll stick with my Simple Modern or MalloMe Bearclaw drink cups. They’re wonderful. The MalloMe Bearclaw is my favorite!! They aren’t leakproof, but neither are my Brumates.

This is so beautiful and TOTALLY leak proof !!It’s a little pricey but totally worth it !
