I bought it for my husband who suffers from a back pain for years now. He had to use the combination of 2 different pillows to get comfortable in front of a tv.Using 2 pillows was always tricky, and he had to readjust them every time. With this new pillow it stays in place, but also due to the jelly pads, the pillow holds its shape under the bodyweight and doesn't sink in,but soft enough to be comfortable for the back.Cooling effect is great. He says he especially enjoys it as he is always hot. Of course because of the body heat it will eventually get warmed up, but it takes time nevertheless,and while it's still cool it gives a bit of a relief for the iflamed area.It can not be washed though,not the cover ,not the pillow that goes inside, take it into consideration. But apart from that it's a great little pillow, very well made. It delivers support exactly where it's needed.

Great, good quality cushion - I suffer with back pain on a daily basis, very sturdy cushion that provides great lower back support (can take a little getting used to) Makes sleeping alot more comfortable and alot less painful when getting up on a morning.The cooling effect of the pillow is also great, stops you getting too hot/overheating.Cushion comes vacuum packed, very easy to take put of packaging and assemble.

Really good buy, helps loads with my lower back and the cooling gel is a bonus. Also helps between legs when sleep too

This was bought for my wife who has cancer and is currently suffering with excruciating back pain. She uses the product when sitting in a rise and recline chair. The product helps keep the area cool which helps with the swelling and it provides back support. The cushion is comfortable for long periods and of really good quality. The design is curved so aligns to the shape of the back. My wife really likes the pillow and it’s used every day.

The pillow is well-made and provides some support, but I didn't find it as effective as I had hoped. Initially, The gel layer offers a cooling effect but eventually warms up with body heat. The size is convenient and reasonably stable, but I didn’t notice a significant difference in my relief.

This lumbar cushion has made a huge difference to my lumbar pain—it's firm enough to support my lower back properly, filling the gap between my spine and the mattress so I don’t wake up from the pain. It works great whether I’m sleeping on my back or on one side. I've also used it on my neck while I watch TV, and the gel feels amazing. I also like that I can remove the cover and wash it. I have been using this lumbar support for 6 weeks now, I was in a car crash where I sustained 3 fractures in my spine. I have been suffering from back pain for a long time because of this but after purchasing this product I can’t believe the difference it has made to the pain I am suffering this support has helped me with sleeping at night, sitting at dinner table, watching tv, sitting on laptop and also driving. It provides me with the support I need and daily life is so much better.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone suffering from back pain and it’s excellent value for money and also light weight so can take it anywhere with you. It has definitely made a difference for me.

I got this pillow as I am suffering with sciatica pain and sleeping was an issue. This supports my back so it is aligned and hence it is making it less painful when I pay down. I would recommend it as a back support. However, it is not washable though and it had a sticker to warm me not to do so. The gel section can be separated from the pillow as that goes like a cover over the pillow and it is separate. I use it though as the gel is cooling too. The shape has been fine so far but I haven't used it for a month yet, so do not know if it changes in the future. The size is fine on a double bed even so if you have a partner the pillow won't go to their side of the bed.
