A novel idea all vegetarian recipes based on 1 chapter for each of 10 vegetables. All very easy to cook. The chapters on asparagus and artichokes my not be so accessible but there are some on potatoes squash and tomatoes. The recipes are quite authentic and original and you do not see many Italian vegetarian cookery books so this is quite good.

Two new skills learned from first recipe: easy to make tomato sauce, and cooking aubergine for many dishes. Brilliant book!
