We hammered and swirled 1/8" diameter aluminum wire to make this big bold modern pendant necklace. Aluminum makes this large metal pendant much lighter than it appears! The entire pendant measures about 2 1/2- 3" (6.3 - 7.6cm) from the top to the bottom of the pendant. The widest part across is about 2 - 2 1/4" (5.2 - 5.5cm). The pendant comes on a simple 30" black satin cord that is just tied in the back. It does not have a clasp. It measures 28" long when tied. All our jewelry arrives packaged in colorful tissue paper in it's own nice gift box tied with a bow and ready for gift giving. Aluminum does not tarnish like silver does. It may become a little duller over time. It can be washed in soapy water and shined up with a polishing cloth. This pendant is the perfect match to our Big Double Hoop Aluminum Earrings.
