Large backside, works well so far
Compared to levitron or other big brands this was an affordable option with a nice combination of USB-C and USB. I noticed the back of the plug because of all the transformers and stuff needed for the charging is large and you're not going to be able to fit a whole lot of wiring behind it in a typical outlet box. But if you get that sorted out it's fine. The connections are screw only and not quite as nicely dialed in w clamps as the big brands but there was no issue getting the connections set up properly with some attention to detail. As far as the usefulness of this type of product it is extremely useful to not have a wall wart sort of thing just for charging your phone you can just plug right in and the charging amps seem to be more than adequate.

The One to Buy
First, be a bit paranoid when installing these. It is an easy electrical project, but it is easy to open the wrong breaker and 120 volt power is no joke. I definitely did catch a confusing label on a breaker when an outlet I thought should be dead wasn’t.This is almost certainly the best product on the market. I first picked it because it was the only one with a 20W USB C outlet. That probably still isn’t good enough for a laptop but it is fast charging for a phone.Installing it, I found it much better thought out than the outlet I replaced. The mechanism to quick connect the wires uses the main screws instead of a tricky to push release contact. Also uses good quality hardware most of which lets you use either a flat head or philips screwdriver. The plate which goes over the outlet is more complicated than I would like, am sure that if I installed as designed in twenty years I would have been confused how to get it off. I flipped the plate though so the taps to remove it with a screw driver are easily visible. Was concerned about buzzing. Don’t hear any sitting three feet away in a quiet room while charging my phone. Can hear if I put my ear to the outlet though so maybe in a really quiet setting or with really sensitive people it would be mildly annoying.

These are fine with 1 possibly major issue that should be updated in a revised model.
It's a complete kit with wall plate, and it is very easy to install. It has the ports that I need, and I think it looks nice/clean. After installing 4 of these through out my home, I have one minor complaint. When inserting the wire leads into rear of the receptacle and screwing down the wires to 'latch' them, I have noticed that the retention screw can loosen if you slightly pull on the wires (this occurred when checking my connections). If the screw loosens, the wires can become loose and back out which could lead to arcing/fire.The internal mechanism that is used to secure the leads needs to be revised to used a spring or lock-nut to prevent the retention screw from loosening/backing out so easily.Installers just need to be absolutely aware of this possibility when they install these and ensure all connections are secure as they push the receptacle back in to the wall gang box.

Works well with 2 iPhones
After trying another "brand" 3 different times, I opted to spend a few more dollars and try the ELEGRP outlet. This outlet has 2 electrical outlets and 2 USB C outlets. (The other brand had the same + 1 USB A outlet but none of the 3 would work.) This one has been great so far. Just installed it yesterday by easily back-wiring. It took me a total of 15 minutes and voila! We're charging our phones and tablet. Thank you ELEGRP!

So glad to have installed these.
Great value. Priced very well for what you're paying for. I placed one in my family room and another in my workout room, both places where I find myself needing power, but not wanting to unplug something else to make it happen. The USB ports are very nice and durable. They're constantly being used with USB A and C cords. The cords staying in with a nice fit...not lose at all.The appearance is very nice. Well made. Not cheap whatsoever.I wound up buying 20 amp ones for use in my kitchen.Get you some.

Works great and reliably
Works good with iPhone related products and all sort of things. It’s the one I use for all my house

Pain to wire
No option for push in wiring, and the wiring screws have insufficient clearance between their head and body of the plug to easily attach 14awg wire.

USB-C port is not good enough for a HomePod mini
Bought this model as it was the only one on the market advertising 18W per USB Port. Bought it intending to use the Type-C port with a HomePod mini.HomePod mini boots and acknowledges the 18W (9V @ 2A). However, it seems when playing music at a volume past 50%, the receptacle fails to consistently power the HomePod mini at the required current and in turn, reboots... :(

Not enough space for connecting all the devices
It does the job, only issue is when you connect a device in the USB outlet, not enough space left to connect iPhone charger. The small square adapter doesn’t fit anymore.
