The USB stick is very well made, solid, and I've got no worries about longevity. The addition of a leather pouch was a nice touch, and I had no issues at all in getting it to fit inside. Plugging it into a fast laptop I got very good transfer speeds, and if that was all you wanted it for it would be highly recommended. The problems start with the other features.I could not, no matter what I tried, get it to connect to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I installed two different apps (I had to search for them because the supplier QR code did not work) and I removed the phone case to get a good connection. No joy.Luckily I have an old Android phone as well, and that worked first time. It allowed me to copy and paste files and transfer to my laptop.Lastly, there is supposed to be fingerprint recognition software available. If that's true I couldn't find it, so in the end what I was left with is a rather expensive (but speedy) OTG USB stick that only works with selective phones. Really this should be a 3.5.

Well, here is something I have not seen before, and so clever too. It is from 'iDiskk' and is a USB3.2 128GB Solid State USB Flash Drive,with an amazing speed of 450MB/s (write), and 500MB/s (read), and here is the bonus: Fingerprint Encryption, were you gently push your finger over the small window of the USB pen,to allow access to eg. an iPhone 15 series or Android phones / tablets or PC (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10) - (Recognition within 0.5sec), and allowing up to a Max of 10 unique fingerprints for access, with its' own fingerprint management software, and of course fingerprints can be added or deleted.This is so innovative, I say this, because how many times have you watched a film or drama on TV, and someone has gained access to a USB pen in an office, and then gaining access to its' data - this USB pen will prevent all of that.The pen has a combined USB3-A and USB-C port, (2 in 1) so will work with almost any device, and it comes into its' own in trying to keep data secure in high security areas, such as laboratories, banks, personal data, and so much more.To use the device, I set fingerprints on my Windows operating system first, as a 'one off', using the software already included on the pen drive.By the way, in case you are worried about this feature, The drive can be 'written to and from' without enabling the encryption features, if you might just be using it for yourself for non secure data, (eg. films, music, videos, image collections).One of the really innovative ideas used here, is the makers have placed a USB A and USB C plug at either end of the USB drive,this is so clever, because, thinking ahead, if you wanted to use this pen with a smart phone (see images), you would need a USB A to USB C converter, which adds to the length of the PEN and therefore puts so much strain on the already fragile USB C charging sockets of phones and tablets.I have included 11 images showing the pen out the packing, and also in use, with both a PC and a smartphone.Thank you for a really clever inventive and futuristic item, I have to say, I really love this pen and its' new ideas.

Transfer speed is average, Gets warm after using it for 15min.

Finger print encryption on a USB SSD is what this is. With a 500mb/s transfer speeds it faster than tradition HDD's and some SSD's ass well. This is perfect for lawyers or any person with the need to have secured files that you can transport with you with out a laptop or other device. Being small it can be lost, but being encrypted means your files stay secure.

I'm not a fan of QR codes for web sites. I like to know where I'm going on the internet. Usually they have the QR code and the web site on the card/page. This one does not. Or, it may, but it is in Chinese. My computer doesn't have a QR reader. So, I can't get instructions or drivers.I'm sure it works fine, but without being able to get instructions, I'll have to figure it out myself.

Premessa: non si tratta di una chiavetta USB per tutti i giorni ma di una unità per backup dei dati sensibili.Fisicamente è di fattura molto buona, in metallo con connettori USB & USB C. Ha anche una tasca con portachiavi per riporlo.La funzione di Impronte digitali è legata al SW e necessita comunque di una password.Attenzione: se questa viene dimenticata non è più possibile recuperare i dati.SW abbastanza buono per essere No-Brand, ma la funzione backup è molto basilare.Consiglio di usare un Freeware di backup intelligente come Free File Sync.Consiglio di prendere la taglia 512 MB in modo da avere un backup completo.Provato su PC (uso principale) & Android.Pro:- Costruzione in metallo e con 2 adattatori USB- Lettore impronte digitaliContro:- Software un po' basico

jolie clef usb. Les plus, elle est de bonne facture, robuste et donne une vraie impression de fiabilité. Le transfert des données est ultra rapide et c’est énormément appréciable.Par contre pour que certaines fonctionnalités fonctionnent comme le cryptage, il faut télécharger un logiciel non vérifié et je ne souhaite pas plomber ni mon i phone ni mon ordi avec un logiciel potentiellement malveillant. Mon informaticien m'a déconseillé de le faire et je ne vais pas tout risquer. Donc clef usb uniquement.
