Got one of these from another site beginning with E , its the same as this , you need to find an APP on android to configure it otherwise it is set default at a low resolution and the resulting video is super jerky , the app is named in the instructions , I tried the app but it did not work so I picked another app called sports dv , you need to connect your phone wirelessly to the mini dv camera before you run the app once in the app the camera is configurable , there are not many options but the main ones , turn off loop recording , turn up the resolution and the image size , there is no image stabilisation on this camera , I used it on my motorbike and the footage shows every bump shake rattle etc .to play the resulting files in windows needs another programme finding to convert the AVI files to mpeg , or the playback will be speeded up and sound to advanced no ,matter what you try , mush searching for that .anyway its broken now , after all that fiddling to set it up and get the files to play at normal rate , I was experimenting with positions for the camera view , when I decided to use self adhesive Velcro to attach it to my jacket , in positioning it I inadvertently switched it off , then proceeded to ride on some lovely lanes , with it still off not knowing , then when I got back I duly ripped it from the Velcro on my jacket which pulled the back clean off he camera ripping some wires off ., cant get it working so now its in the bin .conclusion : poor quality lots of fiddling to use it and due to its size any attempt to hold or move the camera switches it off /.
