I haven't had to take an antibiotic in years after starting to use this product. I take it as directed :at the first signs of sinus filling up, I dissolve one tablet under my tongue & continue every hour until my symptoms disappear. Then I take it 3xD for chronic symptoms, It works remarkably well with no side effects.

This product works great. When I get a sinus headache. I put on of the tabs under my tongue and within a short time the headache disappears. Sometimes the headache is stubborn and I need one more in an hour. It works great for me.
