My functional doctor recommended this for high cholesterol and high blood glucose. It seems to have helped a great deal for the blood glucose but did not help with the high cholesterol. I will keep taking it for the glucose benefit.

Good for hair growth!
Preliminary research suggests that amla may promote hair growth more effectively than minoxidil. After learning about this promising research, I decided to try this product, and it did not disappoint. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in the amount of hair collected in my shower drain, comparable to the results I experienced when I began taking Nutrafol.
