Why am i not receiving the item? i ordered it on april 10th, and it is now the 27th of june.

May have been misplaced in the fulfillment process. Call Amazon. They have always been reasonable with me.

Last ordered in december , the expiry date was 04/21. if i reorder this week when will be the vegemite expiry date ?

Unless the expiry date is more than a couple of years out of date it's nothing to worry about. I have brought jars back from AU that by the time i used them, were 3 years past the date.
