But I have to say, since I’ve been taking it most nights for the last 10 days or so, I wake up feeling clearer-headed, better rested, and less worried about the day. I do sometimes still wake up briefly in the night - which may well go in time - but I get back to sleep more easily, and still wake up feeling better than I used to. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this product and will definitely continue to use it for the foreseeable! I highly recommend it’s given a try. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars THIS SHOULD BE RECALLED - FULL OF ERRORS!!! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 August 2024* 1) Your table of Ingredients has 5 components and yet the Ingredients list just below has 10.If it's 10 why don't we have the quantities of the other 5, which is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT in the UK!!??2) Your table of Ingredients has Vitamin B5, which is Pantothenic acid, but it is not present in the list of ingredients below the table.3) You are required by UK LAW to quantify vitamins and minerals but you haven't done so for Pyridoxal 5 phosphate, which is the active form of vitamin B6.4) ) If this is a food supplement then I have identified multiple instances of NON-COMPLIANCE with the Food Supplements (England) Regulation, UK Statutory Instrument 2003, No 1387, please refer to above regulation for details. If it's not then you are also in breach of the Human Medicines Regulation 2012.5) You have described Levagen as a gold standard ingredient but the study where this ingredient was used in a clinical trial does not describe this ingredient as such. In fact, I can find no mention of Levagen as a gold standard ingredient anywhere else apart from here. Please refer to the study:Palmitoylethanolamide for sleep disturbance. A double blind, randomised, placebo-controlled interventional study (published 10 Sept 2021).In fact, the full effect of PEA is only achieved after 8 weeks yet you provide less than 3 weeks supply!6) We've assembled the highest quality cutting-edge Ingredients....And yet Magnesium Oxide is possibly the worst choice to improve sleep and reduce anxiety as it is so poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. It is, however, very cheap but, in fact, Magnesium Oxide and other inorganic magnesium salts are better suited for use in antacids where they exert a local effect.7) You could never get 2.5 g of blend into a size 00 capsule but you claim to have this!!!8) For safety reasons, you are required to state the chemical composition of your capsule, yet you have failed to include this in the list. What if someone is allergic to the material???THIS IS RECKLESS AND DANGEROUS!!!I could go on but I will stop there!!!
