This product ruined my 55 inch visio tv screen ! what did i do wrong?

Your TV screen is just greasy as crud: spray the thing on the cloth, not on the TV. But use toilet paper first: toilet paper, while being gentle on the screen, absorbs grease better. Otherwise you will get only smears from the first attempts. A friend of mine actually filled a spray bottle with lukewarm water, added 3 drops of dishsoap and then sprayed it on toilet paper, degreased that thing thre square inches at a time, then through away, get new paper and new spray, repeat as needed. At the end, only at the end, spray this "finishing" and "protective" liquid on the microfiber and pass it on the surface until it leaves a streak that dries right away without leaving traces.Try to think of it this way: after a year in a normal household of four, where you cook 5 times a week and one person smokes, there is about 1/6th of a mm of grease and muck on top of the screen. If you were able to scrape with a blade, on a 55 inch tv, it would collect a ball of grease as big as a small meatball. You can't expect to use a protective finishing product once a year: this is to be used at least twice a month on your TV after you de-greased it: the good news? Your 55 inch visio is not ruined... just use patience and elbow grease...

Is it fine to clean touch screen (Yoga 9i) laptop with this solution?

I use it for my touch screen in my 2022 Hyundai. It works great.

do you have to shut down and unplug the monitors,tv or laptops before using?

It is best to turn off the the monitor or TV before using the product. Remember not to spray directly to the screen, it is best to spray on the cloth and then use the cloth to clean the screen.

Will this work on lg oled?

I have an LG tv which has the matte finish on the screen, it works well, better than windex or alcohol.
