Real silk to my experience with the fiber, though would be nice if the package had a modicum of English, must be about 2 percent elastine in there, but they are knit so may be 100 percent. The yarns are of medium thickness for silk. Can barely see through them in the light - single layer . . . 2 layers have no opacity.Socks are formed nicely in the heel and toe. My foot is 10 in American, 42 euro, narrow "A" width, these fit very well without stretching them.How I use these is as a liner for my hot sweaty feet in work boots 12 hours a day . . . under a 75 percent wool sock for more cushion and breathability. the sicks give a nice slick feeling in the boot - you know - how silk does. Toenails have not snagged them yet. "scrape test" leaves no fingernail marks. worth 6 bucks a pair

These are 1 size fits all, men’s, dress sock. My best guess is that they really fit a men’s 7-9. They are real silk. They are thin and delicate but seem to hold up well. I purchased them to wear under regular socks to prevent heat rash and they worked perfectly.

These are 100% cotton. Not a single thread of silk. This is false adverstising, plain and simple.

As many others stated, the socks go as high as your ankles, and there are only 3 pairs, not 5, as the "about this item" and the majority of pictures state.They are comfortable, but I don't know if it is silk.The quality seems good, they're not too thick, so it helps when wearing tight shoes.You also don't want to miss the staple or end up with some ripped socks.
