This is a great product! I will say this version is much better than the previous one which I also own. I highly recommend this product! It is easy to use and easy to clean. It is great for when you don't want to run the oven ( ie all of summer lol). Anything that is prepackaged and typically fried come out nice and crispy using the oven, no need for extra grease. There are 3 racks so you can fit enough food to feed a bunch of people with out having to cook multiple batches. The oven can be used as a dehydrator, an item I have wanted for a long time but have not purchased. This not only saves money from having to buy another product, it also saves storage space. There are also recipe books that come with the oven and tons of recipe videos on YouTube.

My review and thoughts after first use...
This is my impression of the product after first use...Taking it out of the box I was a bit startled by its size. I read its dimensions before buying it and thought it didn't have too big of a footprint, but seeing it for myself, I was surprised at how blocky looking it was. Since I have a small apartment and a galley for a kitchen, space is always something I think about when purchasing appliances. This unit was not too big that I couldn't store it. It was not problem to store, with a little bit of shifting, it's stored atop my refrigerator, alongside my toaster and espresso maker. To keep this review short, I'll just list the pros and cons:PROS:- Heats up fast. The 1,500 wattage is lower than the original Power Air Fryer Oven model, which is 1,700 watts. I can't say that it takes longer to get to temp, but temperature seemed ready after 3 minutes. Perhaps its a lower wattage because it's supposed to have an all metal inner housing which retains the heat better--I dunno.- Cooks evenly. I prepared a meal of frozen batter dipped fries on top in one of the included mesh trays with raised edges and baked 4 pieces of freshly marinated boneless teriyaki chicken thighs and placed it in the bottom tier in a 6 inch pie pan. Wow, the fries were ready in 7 minutes and the thighs in 12 minutes. Both had a crisp texture outside and soft and tender inside. The chicken was beautifully done, better than if it was done in a regular oven and all pieces were done evenly, no hot spots (yay!). I have now learned that the basket that you find in a lot of basic models that are not mesh is futile in crisping fries or nuggets. The hot air does not circulate properly producing soggy fries and a weird texture to those breaded nuggets so I'm not sure if the included fry basket will produce better crisp results and I have yet to try the rotating mesh basket.- Right to left swinging door. I think it's great that it opens this way, like a microwave oven, but I wish it swung open open even further than 90 degrees. The door does get hot, and since I'm left handed, my arm gets in the way and that glass window can be dangerous when hot.- Reasonably easy cleanup. It was thoughtful that inner tempered glass is removable in order to clean any spatter and cleaning inside of the oven was not a problem. I would recommend leaving the door open after cooking if you plan to clean the oven right after. That way it is not hot still when you're ready to clean. The mesh trays were not a problem cleaning up, nothing stuck to it.- Interior size. I am now glad that I can place a good sized pan into an air fryer. The interior can fit a pan with an 8x9 inch configuration. I am happy with that. I might think about trying to bake again!CONS:- Model build. Like I mentioned the design is a bit blocky. May be they could've tapered the top a little more to make it look less obtrusive.- Plastic parts. While I was cleaning up I noticed certain parts were plastic and wished it was either glass or a more scratch resistant plastic. I noticed after wiping down the settings panel that the panel now had circular "spiderweb" marks made, of all things, from a slightly damp paper towel. Same thing happened to the plastic see through window outside on the front (nope! it's not glass, the inner one is). I'm not sure what I did, but there is a scuff mark there after I wiped it down. Didn't come off even after a little bit of buffing to the area. The plastic they used is a little too soft.- Installing the rotisserie rack. I did a test run of trying to install the rotisserie rack and it wasn't obvious on what I had to do, which was pull the red lever just inside of the door on the left to retract the left end of the rotator to get the rack in. You might have to rotate the rack until it becomes flush with the rotator to click and securely hold it in place.OVERALL, this unit does better than the basic air fryer that I previously owned. It definitely seems to "fry" things better. Bottom line, this is not a fryer at all, but a mini convection oven. It wasn't hard to set it up and get things going. Looks impressive at first glance, but you will definitely notice where they cut corners in order to make it an affordable appliance. This is a 6 quart model, but I was definitely surprised with what it can possibly hold. I'm kinda excited to see what happens when I actually place a 5 pound chicken in there. I hope the unit is dependable and lasts.

Great product.
Been using this for several months now. I have basically eliminated my microwave from re-heating items. Saves a lot of electricity. I am done cooking things in the Oven Elite by the time the regular oven would finish pre-heating. I keep finding new uses for it. Heating hard shell taco shells is amazing and quick. Did a small steak. Delicious. Grilled cheese. Amazing. Croutons. No need to ever by from store again. Baked potatoes, eggplant parmesan, corndogs, nachos, tortillas and so may other uses. I haven't even used the basket yet.Clean-up is easy. Just soak the racks for a couple of minutes and melted cheese comes right off.

The door swings open which is safer than the drop open door.
We've had our fryer for about six weeks and thoroughly enjoy using it. Very easy to set it up because the instructions are clear and easy to understand. There's not enough time to describe how good the fryer works, on meats, chicken, shrimp, vegetables and breads. Great Biscuits and Cornbread not to mention cobblers.Clean-up is fairly easy and the removable glass just makes it that much better.Nothing negative to say about this fryer at this short period of time.If your looking at Air Fryers I don't believe you can go wrong with this product.

Pleasantly surprised by how well this performs
I did a lot of searching and watching YouTube videos before I got the Power Airfryer Elite. It was on a discount day and was $42.00 off on Amazon with Prime shipping so I clicked it to the cart and 1 day later if arrived. I did the usual with frozen pizza and breadsticks and after tots. All came out crispy and faster then the cook time on the packages. I also did a 12oz New York strip steak that was done in about 13 minutes with one flip at 8 minutes. Was shocked how tasty and tender it was, also cooked to perfect medium with nice pink center with plenty of juices running. I have since done chicken wings as well as a rotisserie chicken, a bit of a pain to get the rotisserie even in the chicken so it turned freely, but came out with a nice dark and crispy skin and amazingly tender and juicy. I really like the idea of being able cook make real food this fast and easy. I am a bit of a foodie and have always been the one who likes to experiment in the kitchen, I am hoping this appliance holds up as I am enjoying it so far.
