A solid product.
A good band for improving should mobility/preforming rotator cuff work. Effective also for high rep delt exercises post workout. Only downside is it could be longer to enable one to preform pulls with band under foot.

The perfect band for warming up/rehab
A good quality band that is perfect for various rehab movements or finisher movements. The length and resistance is good enough for warming up and strengthening/mobilising the shoulders, the arms and the wrists. I particularly love using it for band face pulls and overhead raises as I am working to improve and train my shoulder blades

Perfect for my shoulder rotations!
I get stiff shoulders so this really helps to loosen them up in the mornings. Easy to use and perfect for those !

Physiotherapy Treatment
