I was obsessed with this movie last year

Like most musicals that were originally a stage production, the stage show is better. However the actors are all excellent and I loved how they portrayed some of the songs. I wouldn't say it's my favourite stage-to-movie musical but it's still okay.

The first real blockbuster of 2024 on DVD. Mean Girls the musical 2024 version is hugely underrated and should not be dismissed it's not a shot for shot cash grab remake as some feared it's more of a adaptation of the Broadway musical. The soundtrack is the best of the year with World Burn being the most crowd pleasing and Renee Rapp in her film debut totally steals the show as Regina George. There's even a decent behind the scenes look at the film in the bonus features and a chance to get to know the cast better.

Love it

I have been collecting films for a long time now.Very rarely do I pick a film that's disappointing.This film had a storyline that with a bit more thought could have been a good 👍. Film sadly not anough thought & far to much un-natural singing took over giving the film a lack of storyline.I would say Approx 60% was singing & the other 40% talking.A big disappointment.
