Could be better
I like this a lot except for the fact the pieces will not stay if you lift it. I had to buy felt pieces to secure the trays but even then the piece fall.

A large puzzle case!
This is a large puzzle case (I really should have looked at the measurements). It is not a lightweight item (which is good). It is well-made and sturdy. I have two busy cats which is bad if you like to work on puzzles. I thought this puzzle board would protect the puzzle while I am working on it. You need a large table, coffee table, or floor space for this item. The felt keeps the puzzle pieces in place (does not make it easy to slide pieces around). I like the idea of the four separate sections for storing pieces (say you are working on a middle section or something), but it is hard to slide them in place without puzzle pieces shifting. The zipper slides easily. I can close up the case when I am done working on the puzzle and store it away for the night (behind the couch since it is so big). The size does allow me to work on 1000 and 1500 piece puzzles. It has a sturdy handle. The puzzle board is good for square and rectangular puzzles. It will work for a medium round puzzle and smaller shaped puzzles. This is a quality puzzle case.

It’s okay, doesn’t work as shown
First, this is heavy duty, not one flimsy little case. It’s also so heavy! I suppose it’s because the materials are so sturdy so it’s a trade off. To make it lighter it would be more flimsy. The smaller boards work decently to keep pieces sorted. It’s a bit of a struggle to slide the plastic tops in but they keep the pieces in, but they do slide around. The large board is handy to assemble on. It’s nicer to have a top to zip shut, but the pieces slide around everywhere if i pick it up and don’t keep it horizontal. There doesn’t seem to be any instructions I’m missing. Puzzle goes on the large board, smaller boards go in on top of the puzzle, zip it all up and pick it up. Maybe there’s a secret I’m not getting, but the pieces slide all over all of the boards. I was hoping to keep this behind my couch, but it doesn’t work like that. I have to carefully slide it under my couch instead. It’s large and sticks out. The listing photos show the pieces sticking onto the felt while the case is open and the boards are vertical, that is not accurate. So, it’s okay. Doesn’t work as shown, but for $150 I’d expect it to.

Huge- Heavy - Useful
This puzzle case is mammoth. It is heavy even without a puzzle in it.I love working puzzles, but I also have cats and it never fails that they think the pieces are toys while I am away. This puzzle case makes it easy to work on a puzzle and then just close it up when I am not working on it.It is huge, so having the space to completely open it up while you are using it is necessary. I find I need twice the table space I used to when I use this as opposed to when I did puzzles without it.The sections to store pieces are a little difficult to use. They work, but not without some effort in sliding the black boards over the pieces without having everything shift. I find that I am simply putting my pieces back in the box lids rather than using the sleeves to store them.I have not actually moved a puzzle with this case yet. I just close it when I am not using it. It does zip up well and seems like it would hold the puzzle decently without much shifting.Overall, I like this puzzle case. It definitely is nice to not have to go hunt down pieces my cats have scattered overnight.

A must for the PUZZLER
These puzzle cases are great for the puzzler that loves to work on puzzles. The felt material really helps keep thing in place and the 4 boards helps you organize and move thing around without needing to spread out over a 4'x8' table. Best of all when its time to stop working on the puzzles, the mat fits securely in the case the the 4 panels stack on top of the mat nicely. Then everything closes up securely so everything is held nicely in place. You can now easily move, transport or store your partially completed puzzle until next time. It stores and moves vertically perfectly and nothing seems to move out of place.

Cats, destroyers of puzzles, thwarted!
I haven't been able to do puzzles for years in my house because all it takes is one second of inattention and my beloved felines have thwarted any progress I have made. Well no more kitties! Your attempts of destruction are now on vain! This is a big case and is quite hefty in itself. Not sure I'd want to move it around much with a puzzle on board, but it is great for working on a puzzle then closing up to sleep without worry that it will still be there when I wake. It comes with four trays to pieces which aren't the sturdiest and gentle bump will dislodge pieces from it with or without the cover. Hard solid board for building your puzzle with lots of space. The zippers are a pain to get started if it is unzipped all the way. They are a bit too long and the extra slack makes it hard to move them in the corners.Overall though it is a nice, hefty case. Happy with it and the fact that puzzling has returned to my household once again.
