Excellent product!! I did some research and found that Turmeric and Ginger was good for hot Flashes!! So besides helping my knees and my hips, I no longer have the terrible Hot Flashes like I use to.

Plus, I am in my mid-60’s. My knees have hurt at times ever since the injuries and worsen with age. I also have a hip joint that was discovered to have not grown together properly as it should have. This causes back and hip joint issues at times. A friend that has spent time in India told me that after his time there, he began taking Turmeric supplements due to positive experiences from an extended stay in India where they season most of what they eat with Turmeric and don’t have nearly the joint issues as what we Americans do. My friend told me that Turmeric has helped him a great deal with knee pains he sometimes experiences. I will have to take it with meals from now on. I don’t like to have to take something several times per day and prefer all at the same time, so I don’t forget or lose track.Mehs:The price for the recommended 30-day supply is not terribly expensive. Buying a larger quantity discounts the price more, but I want to see if it helps first. One can find regular turmeric supplements cheaper, but with it including the BioPerine at comparable strengths, this product is quite competitive.It will just take time to see if this helps.Hopefully this review helps someone decide about this product.

I'm taking this product for several different reasons. I decided to kick the Statins and this product was mentioned several times for high cholesterol lowering. It also has given me so much energy at the age of 76! Don't know how that works but it definitely does. Also, my complexion has made a drastic turn for the better.

These seem to be High quality supplements. Easy to swallow, even though rather large capsules.

I use this for all it's great benefits but, primarily to help with inflammation and migraines. Does a great job. Price is perfect too. Reminds me I have to buy another bottle.
