is this sticky on both sides?

It isn"t sticky on both sides it has a great sticking side with the cloth like top. It can stand up to water. The only thing is it is very sticky. I have and adhesive and latex allergy is a pain, because I have a dressing. Mefix is less bothersome.

Change your tape!

This tape is awesome! It adheres well and is very easy on the skin! Great for frequent changes and stays in place. Does not leave a gluey residue. I got much relief from this tape compared to the standard hospital issue tape and several others I tried. Wish I had found this first!

Great Adhesion and Easy to Remove

I like the fact that this tape can be cut to the desired size needed. Have worn it in the pool and it did not come off. Superior product!
