The Moon and Serpent Bumper Book of Magic

Excellent overview! Beautiful! One complaint
First, I loved this. Absolutely beautiful, great narrative, wide range of art, great storytelling, great ideas. I've always loved Glycon and seeing her (?) as the centerpiece of such a grand book was amazing.I've seen this book promoted as an illustrated grimoire, and I think it falls short there. Not a "ding" on the book, but the marketing. Don't buy it if you're expecting a ritual guide. Buy it anyway!I wish there had been more Solomonic content, that's a very bedrock part of western magic that got left out.Overall I'm giving this book five stars out of six. It's perfect as what it is!

Remarkably good
I'm not finished with the book yet, but I'm astonished at such clear thinking and explanations of such a deep an difficult topic. It's very interesting and a lot of fun.Bravo

I've Waited Over 10 Years... Well Worth It
I've waited well over 10 years (probably more than 15) and it's well worth the wait. This book is very much a spiritual successor to the lessons of "Promethea," while also being its own fantastic occult primer on magic.
