This body soap definitely does its job! It cleanses but does not moisturize, so be sure to use some lotion or body oil if your skin is on the dry side. It smells great, fresh and citrusy but not overpowering, and lasts for about 10 days before it shrinks too small to use. All in all, I am pleased, despite the price point, which, I believe is too high for one bar of soap, but I’ll keep buying it until I find something that works better.

I love this bar of soap. My skin is so smooth and pretty after I shower with this. It’s full of oil so when you start to dry off you have a little of the scummy feeling but it goes away as soon as you pat yourself dry. It smells amazing and I don’t think I have a problem with body odor but my skin is crepey and dry. It’s a little expensive and I’m not sure how long it will last because I just started using it but it’s a big bar and all natural ingredients and I love it!

Hear me out...... Im middle 40's breast cancer survivor and 7 years out, im so freakn paranoid of smelling like an old lady or smelling funny im to young !!!! The further into menopause i get the more insecure ive gotten about smelling. Im at the end of my first week for arm pits, behind ears and crease of leg/thighs and I already notice a difference, its August and HUMIDITY is real!! Im shocked and beyond impressed, I cant recommend this enough I don't smell anything or what I thought was my normal, not only are my insecurities gone but also helped me recognize some of the full body menopause changes that happen regardless of age It has a new home in my daily routine. Don’t bother with the expensive brand of persimmon soap, these bars do the trick at a reasonable cost, and are absolutely delightful. Lathers well, smells lovely and gets you nice and clean. I highly recommend them.

This soap is excellent! It has a pleasant smell, and it foams up very nicely. It leaves your skin feeling clean and fresh. This is my second time buying this soap, and it won't be my lasst.

This is the first Persimmon soap I have tried so I don't have any basis for comparison, I can only tell you about my experience with this brand. I can say I'm not terribly impressed. During the summer it seemed fine but a few cooler days and I have noticed my skin is very dry after using this soap. It is also getting irritated and itchy. I'm also not crazy about the size/shape-it's bulky and hard to keep a hold on in the shower, one solution is you could cut it in half for a better grip. The smell is ok, not that great, it almost has a Comet Cleanser smell to it.

I have a winner! Been looking for personal hygiene products that combat the old age smell that your body produces whether you like it or not. In my research i found that the only thing that works is persimmon oil. After trying different body washes, bars of soap, deodorant, etc., this bar of soap is my favorite. Its a larger size of natural products, including goats milk. I know, sounds terrible, but it is so soothing to your skin. I have used it on my face & it leaves my face feeling moisturized, not dry, nor oily. It feels like your face did when you washed as a kid. The aroma is heavenly and can bw used by any sex. I do recommend that you use a washcloth using this on your body. The washcloth acts as an exfoliant & removes the odor, dead skin cells, dirt& debris as well as moisturizes your freshly cleaned skin. This soap is so cost effective that i use it to wash my hands and use it in every bathroom. Oh, let me tell you that the soap has bits & pieces of persimmon in the soap. I like that.
