This stuff really helps me mentally and physically. I’ve taken 2.5-7 grams daily. Prior to starting, I already exercised regularly. I haven’t added other supplements to this since I started taking it. No bloating. I feel smarter, more agile, and my recovery time has improved dramatically. Just get it. Even if you don’t work out.

No taste which is great, but can be hard to dissolve in cold liquids and even harder to keep dissolved. I have to shake my drink before each sip to avoid having it clump up on the bottom.
