I like Bear Komplex products and have used their grips for many years. I thought I would give these a try, they are terrible. They provide no grip, I don’t get it.

These saved my hands when doing any exercise on the bar! No more blisters! Offers good wrist support too and they feel very durable

Very comfortable. Easy to use.

My wrist to base of my fingers measurement is 4", based on the size chart, I am a size small. I got a small and there are plenty of space left for adjustment on the wrist. If you prefer your grips to loop around the bar, you MUST size up. Mine does not loop around and my fingertips touch the bar.I have been doing pull-ups with my bare hands but it started to hurt too much that I needed to purchase a grip. This grip does really well on pull-ups, kipping and such. Grip is adequate and is pliable, it is not stiff at all. It is a bit slippery during deadlifts but still provides grip. It is my favorite for doing pull-ups!

The material used is not sticky at all and easily slides around. It doesn't lock into place when on the bar. I've used many of these hand grips during workouts and these are one of the most slick ones I've ever had. Attempted to throw chalk on them to see if it'd help at all. Doesn't do much.
