i've been really enjoying these by themselves and in tea. only one with a pit but did make me cautious when biting. very delicious glad i got themnot a bad deal for the price

The dates are supposed to be very nutritious; they're not as sweet as other dates.

I've been looking for pitted Chinese red dates to make date & apricot syrup to go with my morning Latte, there aren't many choices out there for the pitted Chinese dates, I ordered a different brand before, the dates were very small. Finally found this brand that is surprisingly good, the price is very reasonable too, will buy again.

It taste just like dates but a little bit on the dryer side

Dates look fine and they are a nice size. However, the package received is 4 months to expiration. There should at least be a year left.

We've been eating a lot of different kinds of dates over the last few years. Our almost five year old granddaughter enjoys them as a snack and so do we. Only about a year ago did we discover jujube dates. We like them because they're not quite as sticky and messy as other types. Was excited to try this nice large package and when I opened them and felt the soft texture, I could tell they would be good. I was right. They're so soft and fresh with a wonderful sweet, but not too sweet taste. In fact, they seem much fresher and softer than all of the jujube dates we've had in the past. Happy for that. If you like jujube's or want to dry a different kind of date, you'll like these.
