Does a good job and has helped my gums not bleed when I brush my teeth. However, it does have alcohol and the burn is real! I have to rinse my tongue after using it (I only rinse my tongue so the rest of my mouth benefits from its use).

Really works and helps with keeping breath fresh for longer. It also soothes the gums.

My only complaint is it’s listerine so it still has that burning sensation from the alcohol in it. Works wonders though! I saw results within a few days

Going to give an honest review about this mouthwash. My gums were inflamed and bleeding and I decided to get the smartwatch and yes I went to the dentist and I have periodontal disease. This mouthwash did come down the information and my gums are not bleeding anymore but it's very, very strong. When I say very strong it kind of peels an inside layer of your mouth off I don't know how to explain that if you've never experienced that but I think it's considered like too strong. It's in my cabinet and I won't use it anymore
