Awesome Upgrade for my regular sedan. Get's Bright Screen, Fast Wireless CarPlay!
Got it installed on a 2010 Toyota Corolla, and it’s been awesome! The screen is bright, colorful, and way better than the dull, dim ones you usually see in many factory setups with Android Auto/CarPlay. This one is pretty fast too—boots up in about 8-10 seconds from off (and it's fine, usually merging traffic, or using the reverse camera and that get's working instantly). The Wireless CarPlay kicks in with no lag. You can even set a custom boot logo, which is a cool touch (I got the newer firmware out of the box). The sound from the Toshiba amp is solid—I'm no expert, but it works great for my older car! So far, 100% worth it! I just hope it stays reliable long-term.

Fantastic Screen And Big Bang-For-Buck Value!
Writing a review cause this seems to be a new product listing. This is a good product, I have a severe astigmatism and I'm sensitive to light intensity. I swapped out another 3rd party touchscreen head unit because the old style LCD screen was bright at night and difficult to read at day. This unit does what I need, QLED touchscreen is bright and soft, easy to read. Great value. The audio is also pretty good, much better than my previous unit and makes better use of my aftermarket speakers. With such few reviews, I felt like I was gambling on this and would possibly have to return. I won't be returning this and I highly recommend it.

Great little radio for $100
Far surpassed my expectations for the price. For starters, the interface is fairly easy to navigate and full of features, but the head unit boots up fairly quickly (5-7 seconds after the ignition is switched on). I installed the included rear-view camera, and the sharpness and quality is also excellent for the price. FM/AM reception is good, phone connectivity is stable, and wireless Carplay works wonderfully without much lag. The amplifier gets plenty loud and will overpower my factory car speakers if I set the volume above halfway, but there is plenty of granularity in how much you can adjust the volume. Overall, I was very impressed with this head unit, it was relatively easy for me to install, but I have a background in electronics. It took me about 3 hours all in. Make sure to get the required audio wiring harness and dash kit for your vehicle. Some cars will be able to accept this with no modification (I think some GM vehicles work with the included harness). I had to purchase an additional harness for my Honda and bridge the connections to the harness included with the radio using a soldering iron. The only gripe I have is the fitment between the volume knob and my frame for the dash kit. The knob is small and scrubs against the frame, which made it difficult to adjust the volume at first. It seems to have work in / I got used to it and it doesn't bother me anymore.

Stay Away
UPDATE:Google maps flips out and automatically try to navigate and screen will continuously beep as if you are tapping the screen. Eonon customer service determined its faulty but prefer if I purchase a new one for 75% off. I refused as the stereo is under warranty. This is our second unit, the first one died on us after warranty and they offered a discount on the second one. They will continuously try to get you to purchase a new one to boost sales.Stay away from this radio and company as their customer service isn't very good.Original:Linux system works well and really good price for what you get. Connectivity is good with Android Auto. My biggest gripe is the stereo didn't fit the Metra double din kit (95-8907HG) quite right which wouldn't be a big deal except it makes it hard to turn the volume knob. I may 3D print a new knob :)

Completely satisfied
Been using this product for 6 months, completely love it! The rear camera is very clear and nice quality, Apple Car Play works good. Only thing i don't like too much is when you disconnect your phone, need to turn off the car and on again to connect it. After that, everything is very good.OS is fast, 10 seconds after startup and you've got it working.

A complete kit for little money.
The good: the kit includes a rear camera and the special wiring needed.Very good sound and a decent output power.Android auto works wireless on my phone (Xiaomi Note 9) and also works wired with my wife one (Xiaomi Redmi 9).How could it been better? Well, on my car, a wire exchange had to be done between batt (red) and acc (yellow), to keep the settings after a power off. May be your car doesn't need this to be done. The DSP is nice and you can shape the sound to your liking. You can go to the controls easyly from a shortcut icon in the radio, but from any other sound source you will be forced to navigate through many stages to reach them, wich is uncomfortable and dangerous if you are driving.Another annoyance is that the wired Android auto version needs to plug the cable into the unit frame, a odd and ugly place where your fingers will collide at the bottom left corner of the screen. The unit provides a separated female USB that should be perfect for that, but sadly only works as a charging port. Finally, you can't save your own equalizer settings. The moment you power off the unit, they are lost.I considered adding a separated power switch or push button, in order to power down the unit, because if it fails to connect wireless Android auto, you need to restart the unit, and of course, you can't do that when driving. However, I learned not to fiddle with the sceen when the unit is starting, and no more wireless Android auto failures occurred since. The kit also includes an external mic, wich was not needed. The onboard one works fine with my voice.I added a cheap remote control to the steering wheel column (a wired one) and works very well, despite the phisical controls the unit provides, so I always have my hands on the wheel.Installation: Watch out the dimensions. In my country I had a hard time finding an adapter frame for my Ford Ecosport. Only few vendors, and very pricey (half the price the unit itself). So I ended making some Macgyverish with scrap aluminium profiles, wood pieces and cooper tubing to adapt the unit. A nice carbon fiber wrapper finish added beauty to the self made frame. The rear camera works very well even in low ligth environment, despite some flickering.I considered an Atoto A6 before, but the Eonon gave me a phisical volume knob and an onboard DSP, so it was the winner. For a hundred bucks, you have a nice, modern unit with decent sound, wireless Android auto and a rear camera, special wiring included.
