Nice little pad of paper reasonably priced
I enjoy finding a good watercolor pad, this one is no exception. The paper quality is great it’s not arches but I think it could compare to legion Stonehenge pretty well. The size and page count for the price is very good. The only thing I wish although I know it would probably be more expensive is if it had a strap like the hardcover watercolor pads, other than that I’d still give it 5 stars

Great for sketching, cards, nature and travel journalling
100% cotton, 300gsm watercolor paper that is fantastic value at 30 sheets for under $10. Holds water well and stays damp for a lot longer than wood pulp or cellulose papers allowing more time for wet-in-wet and blending. It does buckle a bit when very wet techniques are used, but as long as it is taped down will dry pretty flat. No pilling. Texture is a little mechanical, but has a cold-pressed surface that allows for some dry brush work. This would be a great paper for punching and binding into your own sketchbooks and for making cards. The paper is very forgiving and nice to work on, obviously it’s not going to be as good as Arches or Fabriano or Saunders Waterford, but it’s a huge step up from wood pulp papers which are often a struggle to work with and can put beginners off. I’ll definitely be buying more!

Super cute, great quality, good price. Made some cute art with it. <3
The media could not be loaded. I couldn't find anything wrong with it. It's good paper, you can move watercolor and pencil easy and take it back off. It's stiff and strong, I scrubbed a few places and it didn't lift too bad. I painted some cute art for the first time in a couple years. I wish I had bought 4, my daughter lost hers, haha.

Is this really 100% cotton?
The media could not be loaded. For the amount of sheets you get, it's a good price and suitable for practice. However the absorbency is not what one would expect from pure cotton paper. As shown in the video, you can see how the pigment doesn't spread very evenly and leaves white spots despite the amount of water I'm using. I'm not an expert by any means, but I suspect it might be a cotton/wood blend as opposed to 100% cotton.

Not Arches But Pretty Good
I recently realized that the key to watercolor success is 100% cotton watercolor paper. Paint and brushes were secondary. I bought this paper when I thought that if said100% cotton watercolor paper, it was automatically good. I have since used exclusively Arches and Bao Hong. When I decided to use this paper, I was pleasantly surprised. It does not behave like Arches or Bao Hong. It absorbs water very readily so the surface dries fast. But, it is easy to blend, easy to layer colors, it can do many layers without piling. It can take some abuse. I still prefer Arches and Bao Hong which behave similar to each other but this one is not bad.

Functions like wood pulp paper, NOT cotton
For the price, I was willing to give it a try. Unfortunately, it is literally no better than VERY cheap wood pulp paper. Not at all like cotton. Don't waste your money. Doesn't absorb the paint well, the water doesn't soak in nicely, instead it sits on top and creates hard lines. Yuck.
